Configures whether or not the main toolbar should wrap around and the size of icons to display. By default, the toolbar has large icons and has a spillover for more icons.

The toolbar can also be docked on any side. To do this:

1.	Make sure that toolbars are not wrapped (see dialog above).

2.	Grab the "gripper" on the edge of the toolbar and drag the toolbar to any side of the main window to dock it. The docking position will be remembered and the toolbar will appear in the same place the next time the application is run.
