Configures a number of options relating to how display sets are created for images in a study, such as splitting or combining images into display sets.

General

Create single image display sets: Separate display sets will be available for each single image in a study, even if they belong to the same series.
Create "all images" display set: A display set will be available containing all images in the study, even if they do not belong to the same series.
Create series display sets: Separate display sets will be available containing all images from a single series.

Series Splitting

Split multi-echo series: Separate display sets will be available for each MR echo, even if they belong to the same series. The Show original series option allows a display set to be created for the original series as well.
Split mixed multi-frame series: Separate display sets will be available for each multi-frame image, even if they belong to the same series. The Show original series option allows a display set to be created for the original series as well.

Presentation

Invert grayscale images: Grayscale images will be automatically inverted (such as for Nuclear Medicine images).

Overlays

Text: Shows the text overlay by default in the display sets.
Scale: Shows the scale overlay by default in the display sets.
DICOM: Shows the DICOM overlay by default in the display sets. (Note: you cannot actually turn off this overlay by default, since it is sometimes used to convey important information that may affect interpretation of the image.)
Shutter: Shows the shutters overlay by default in the display sets.
Color Bar: Shows the colour bar overlay by default in the display sets.
