Unless you do everything locally, either working directly with DICOM files in My Computer, or by importing DICOM files into the Workstation's local store (My Studies), you probably have at least one PACS server on your network. If this is the case, you will need to add each server, including other Workstations, in order to be able to search for, retrieve, or send studies.
